Lillian Rayne usually is a happy young girl, but when it rains her mood goes from happy to sad and gloomy. The reason for this unhappiness is because she lost something important to her during a thunderstorm many years ago; it was her friend and puppy Lou. So now when it rains her mind goes back to that night that Lou vanished.
